Welcome to the Griffins Head at Papplewick
The Griffin is believed to be over 300 years old and is a listed building in the conservation area of Papplewick, which in medieval times was the southern gateway to Sherwood Forest.

Now this quintessential village pub has a good reputation for offering quality food and drink along with the many original features such as its wooden ceilings, exposed beams and three open fires, not to mention the well in the restaurant!
